Payment methods	Bank transfer, credit card We are a merchant of the payment service provided by Stripe Japan Inc. Available payment methods vary by service. LIQUID DESIGN Ltd. does not retain any credit card information. Advertising fees (including SEO, directory registration, and affiliate advertising fees) cannot be paid by card.
Payment timing	Displayed on the relevant page for each service.
Delivery timing	Downloadable products (paid by credit card) are delivered immediately. All other products are specified at the time of contract.
Price	A sale price is set for each product and displayed on the relevant page.
Costs other than the product price	Consumption tax, and bank transfer fees in the case of bank transfer.
Return policy	Due to their nature, downloadable products are non-refundable. For ongoing subscription contracts, cancellation is possible via the prescribed procedure.
