Basic Information Security Policy

LIQUID DESIGN Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company") protects the information assets entrusted to it by customers and business partners as well as its own information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and in order to live up to the trust placed in us by our customers and by society, we address information security in accordance with the following policy.

1. Management's Responsibility

Under the leadership of management, the Company strives to improve and enhance information security in a systematic and continuous manner

2. Establishment of an Internal Framework

The Company establishes an organization to maintain and improve information security, and sets out information security measures as formal internal regulations.

3. Employee Efforts

The Company's employees acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and put our information security efforts on a firm footing.

4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

The Company complies with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations relating to information security, and meets the expectations of its customers.

5. Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of a violation of laws or contracts relating to information security, or of an incident, the Company responds appropriately and works to prevent recurrence.
