Year-end and New Year holidays
From Tuesday, December 29, 2020 through Monday, January 4, 2020.Regarding orders paid by bank transfer
For orders where payment has been completed and we have been notified by 3:00 PM on the day before the holidays begin, we can provide the product within the year.Orders received after that will be handled in order once the holidays are over.
Purchases by credit card and downloads of the free version remain available during the holidays.
Regarding inquiries and support
We will continue to accept inquiries through the form during the holidays, but replies will be sent in order once the holidays are over.In addition, inquiries tend to be heavy over the year-end and New Year period, so replies may take some time.
