Year-end and new year closure
From Saturday, December 28, 2024 through Sunday, January 5, 2025.Orders paid by bank transfer
For orders where payment is completed and we are notified by 15:00 on the day before the closure begins, we can provide the product within the year.Orders received after that will be handled in order once we reopen.
Credit card purchases and free version downloads remain available during the closure.
Inquiries and support
We will continue to accept submissions through the form during the closure, but responses will be sent in order once we reopen.In addition, inquiries tend to be heavy over the year-end and new year period, so responses may take some time.
