We would like to inform you of our year-end and new year holidays and business hours as follows.

Year-end and new year holidays

From Wednesday, December 28, 2016 through Wednesday, January 4, 2017.
Downloads of the free version and purchases by credit card remain available.

Regarding orders paid by bank transfer

For theme orders where payment and notification are received by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2016, we can provide download instructions before the end of the year.
Orders received after that will be handled in sequence from Thursday, January 5, 2017 onward.

Regarding inquiries and support

Inquiries may be busier than usual over the year-end and new year period. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
