Year-End and New Year Closure
From Friday, December 28, 2018 to Sunday, January 6, 2018.Regarding Orders by Bank Transfer
For orders where payment is completed and we are notified by 3:00 PM on the day before the closure begins, we can provide the product within the year.Orders received after that will be handled in order from Monday, January 7, 2019.
Credit card purchases and free-version downloads remain available during the closure.
Regarding Inquiries and Support
Inquiries tend to be heavy during the year-end and New Year period, so replies may take some time.We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
